It has been several years since I have seen Dick. I was sad to hear of his passing. He was such a kind man and I always enjoyed our visits when we went on the Deadwood trips or I'd see him in Fairview or Sidney. Thoughts and prayers to Mike and the rest of the family.

To Dick’s Sons, Daughters-in-law and grandchildren. I know how much all of you loved that man, and I knew first hand how much him and Penny loved each and every one of you.
When I worked at Shannon Oil & listened to the stories about the kids, all of them, and the grandkids and how they both beamed when any of them came into the Station, well, it was a real treat to be there. If you happened to be in the Station when one of their kids were in there, well you knew them before you got out of there! It was a family business!! Your Father, Grandfather, Father In Law will certainly be missed at any and all of his grandchildren & great grandchildren’s activities!!
What a grand man he was! He will be very missed!!

I am so sorry to hear about Dick's passing. He was a pleasure to visit with and always had a smile. He will be missed by all because everybody loved him. My prayers are with you during your time of grief.
