Janice, Angela, Theresa, Kyle & Family.Sending you my sincere sympathies for the loss of Marvin. I will remember all of our chats over the years & always a smile , how are you doing from him. Most of all, I will remember him at the end of his pew, in church, giving me a smile & a hand shake as I was walking by, after Communion. Keep all those memories close to your hearts for he is a very dear man,

My condolences to the family. Marvin was very interesting and had a lot of knowledge of history that he throughly enjoyed talking about and did a lot for the Boy Scouts and others like my brother, Charles and lots others. My son, Eric Holman, was blessed to have had Mr. Baarstad as his Scout leader from Cubs through his Eagle Award. I was on the committee that started the pancake breakfasts in order to buy a school bus for the troop, and Mr. Baarstad drove that to all the campouts, ceremonies, etc. He was a great leader and a good man. My condolences to his family.
