Verlyn was a kind man. I remember him giving us kids candy at the bowling alley while my mom bowled. Sorry for your loss Ture and family.

My condolences to the Peterson family. Although it had been many years since I had talked to him (mid 70's), he remembered me and we had a nice visit at the Senior Center 3 years ago when I was visiting my parents in Tioga. His decision to operate and own a bowling alley provided tons of entertainment to a lot of kids, including myself. A genuine nice guy!!

To the Peterson family I am so sorry for your loss!! I had the privilege of meeting Verlyn in the Tioga Long Term care where my dad was. He was so friendly and spoke about his family with so much pride and happiness!! It was obvious he loved you with all his heart!!
