Oh Man! Daryl was a very important person here at Watford City, ND for many many years and I wonder if he even realized how important he was. Daryl just did what he did and he was a true protector of the community! He was a very professional man and he was a very personal man! “Well Done You Good And Faithful Servant”. Heaven is sounding sweeter all the time! Praying God’s closeness to his family and friends at this time! He and Pastor Bruce Gunderson are dancing in the spirit in the presence of Jesus.

Esther and family, so many memories include Officer Vance. He was so nice to us kids in Watford City. He respected us and we respected him. He struggled with life the last few years but was never far from a smile when I saw him. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I loved Daryl's down to earth ways and off handed jokes. I will always remember him and the talks we had while working on a case together. He gave me a lot of insight on how to do my CPS job better. God gained a wonderful, caring man to help out in Heaven. Fly high Daryl, fly high.
