Mabel and Family,
I am so very sorry to each & everyone of you for your loss. Les was a awesome guy, that was such a fun-loving, genuine & sincere person that I have ever met. They call guy's like him, (Rare) One of the good old boy's. He was so fun to be around. I feel it a privilege & am so grateful that I had the opportunity to be a part of Les's life journey. Was able to get to know him pretty well.
Les thank-you for all the laughs, great times, fun things that we did together like snow-skiing, fishing for walleyes, golfing, playing card's, throwing shoes, going to the lake, trips to the casino, playing bumper pool, hunting for pheasants, & of course drinking a cold beer. (o.k. maybe two). Les I sure thought alot of you & thank-you for all the things you have done for me. Thanks for being You!!!
My thoughts & prayers for the Colebank Family during this difficult time.
Les, Fly high in heaven & until we meet again.
Your friend,
Greg Jundt

A girl could not hope for a better father-in-law! I loved him so much! The first time Les introduced me to someone he said, "This is the girl Wayne is going with right now!". It made me laugh then, it makes me laugh now! (Still hanging around, Les). He was my very favorite person to play games with. You could see the giggles forming in his eyes and they spilled over to all of us until we were all in happy tears. Rest in God's peace, my dear father-in-law - you were such a tremendous gift to our family.

Mabel and family, so sorry and deeply saddened to hear of Les' passing. He is in heaven now feeling good and picking on a guitar especially made for him (probably has solid Gold finger-picks even)! Sure wish we could have all gotten together one more time to make some music. Our families have been friends longer than all of us kids have been alive, and we couldn't ask for better friends. Les was an awesome man and he will be greatly missed. I feel privileged to have known him, and all the rest of you! God Bless!

Mabel, Wayne, Kim, Kris and Brenda,

Jennifer and I were very sad to hear of Les' passing. He was a truly special man and a great friend to my parents for all my 50+ years. I have many fond memories of fishing and camping trips as a kid - in fact I give Les credit for instilling my love of fishing that continues to this day. He also taught me to ride a motorcycle on the little enduro he used to bring along to the Lake. I know he will be missed by many and as they say - "they don't make 'em like that any more".

Blessings,

Jayme, Jennifer, Landon and Hampton Oyen

Les was a very genuine and one of a kind gentleman. He was always so friendly and smiling all the time. Les and the Just Country band was a huge hit when they played at Bethel Home. It was just a joy to watch my mother and all the residents tapping their feet and clapping and dancing . Les blessed a lot of lives with his music and joyful personality. Your all in our thoughts and prayers.
