What a wonderful life. Evelyn and Richard lived across the street from us on Bitterroot for a time. And, I had the pleasure of working with Matt, and learned more about Evelyn from him. Such a lovely lady. Prayers for all her family.

Anita and family,
So sorry to hear of Sara's passing. The Engstrom family were our neighbors in the Helena Valley. Sara was always so welcoming to us at their valley farm house. Two of my siblings and I were with Eric and my brother Steve on that tragic day in 1966 when both died much too young. We know that they are all reunited now in heaven. Condolences from our family to all of you.

Evelyn in the control tower
To Ev's Family; everyone who worked with Ev at the control tower adored her. She made our lives richer and less stressful. We affectionately called her "E squared"! What a great personality and just a lovely person. She always had time to encourage and give support to young controllers hired just after the strike.

We remember Evelyn as the sweetest secretary on earth! We can still hear her voice and she organized the giving of the cutest quilt/pillow gift for our daughter when she was born in Oct. of 1983. We were brand new to Helena and "The Tower" and her smile and sweetness will always be remembered. Our daughter slept with that adorable child-sized pillow until it wore out. What an amazing example of Christ's love.
