To the Family of Vi, our hearts are filled with sadness now for you. Vi loved her family and all their friends, and we loved her. She had a smile to share with everyone. The times we spent with her were always special. She will be in our hearts forever. Our thoughts and prayers with the family and all that loved this very special Lady.

We all have fond memories of Vi and Ernie. As we talked, our girls all remembered the day we told them Grandpa Ernie had died. Now, the two of them will be reunited. We were blessed to have “Grandma Vi” as our girls were growing up so far from our parents. She was always so welcoming and full of fun and laughter. She leaves a great legacy in all of you…I know how proud she was of all of you…kids, grandkids, great grandkids and great great grandkids! Wow, what a blessed woman she was and such a blessing to all who knew her. She was loved!!

Aunt Vi will be truly missed. I have so many memories of her when I would stay at my Grandma and Grandpa's in Bowman. So many card games. She lived to shop and u always could guarantee Aunt Vi would take me shopping when I visited (Bev hated to shop). I wish I could be there to give everyone big hugs but there just wasn't enough time to get there. Sending all my love to the rest of the family.

I am so sorry that we couldn't make it to North Dakota to celebrate Aunt Vi's life. I have so many fond memories of her growning up and of our family reunions. I learned how to dance at those reunions and cherish those memories growing up so much. I truly believe it was Aunt Vi who gave me my love for shopping! She will truly be missed but forever a part of my memory. Prayer to you and your family and I pray life has been good to all of you. Much love! Tenora

So sorry to hear of VI’s passing.
You have my deepest sympathy.
We lived next door years ago in Watford City and she was a good neighbor. Still think of the times about 5 of us women would get together playing Blitz and Bingo over the radio. Those were good times. Rest In Peace Vi.
