I have so many memories as a young teenager going out at night and putting up many grain bins with Miles, and him teaching and letting me drive his Volkswagen back home that night. I fortunately got to know Sandie very well later in life when Mom was placed in the Good Shepherd with failing health & dementia. I was so impressed of her compassion towards Mom and the care she gave her. She also was a calming person to talk with, and I will be forever grateful to her for that. Rest in peace Sandie & Thank You!!!

Was so shocked to read of Sandys passing. I worked with her for years at the home. Sandy would always stop and chat whenever she seen you and so compassionate to the residents. Going to miss her dearly. Prayers and hugs to the family!

Sandy was a very big part of my life. We worked together for many years & were friends outside of work. Sandy was always there with a helping hand & an ear to always listen.

Miles and family - we so sorry for your loss. Sandy was such a wonderful caregiver at the GSH. I remember her caring for my dad nearly 30 years ago. Always a smile on her face and so much compassion. Her life story was a wonderful tribute to her - she will be missed by many.
