Darrie was a fellow 1962 high school graduate classmate from Powers Lake High School. Even though he was a rascal, we had remained friends for all these years. I hope and pray he is at peace now.

This is a sad day for His family and friends. I have a lot of memories of him. My husband (Sonny Stave) and I were around him a lot when we were younger. The stories he could tell and the things he did kept us laughing all the time. He will truly be missed. My deepest sympathy to LaWanda and his family. I am sure I went to school with LaWanda, and my heart hurts for her God Bless

Will always be a good friend who kept me safe.
We chose different careers but our friendship was part of my best memories. May he now find the peace we all need.

Cousin Darrie. He always made sure everyone knew I was his cousin. Such a colorful character, the legend will live on.
My condolences to the family.

I am Raymond Lindberg's daughter. I was basically just around Darrie @ bigger Family functions. However, He did attend many of the Blaisdell dances and always had to tell everyone around that I was his cousin, (even tho 2nd.). He reminded Me & my Friends of Steve McQueen.
