We were saddened to hear of Larry's passing. Our sincere condolences go out to Connie and family! All of us who lived in Tioga, owe Larry a debt of gratitude for giving us a safe and secure town to raise our kids in. Thank you Larry for all you did for our town. Larry was a great man and Chief of Police - I had a lot of great visits and laughs and storytelling with Larry over all the years delivering UPS to Tioga. Cherish all of his wonderful memories. Connie and family, you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
