Felicia Reed, “Tiny”, 59, of Williston, ND passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2019, at her home surrounded by her family. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Williston is caring for the family.

Felicia Kay, always affectionately known as “Tiny” was born on June 10, 1959 in Garrison, North Dakota to Maude Reed Star. Tiny grew up around the White Shield area, attending schools in Wahpeton, ND and Flandreau, SD. In her later teens she attended Job Corp and then enlisted in the National Guards in Ronan, MT.

Tiny had two children, a daughter, Shauna Reed and a son, Cletus Reed.

She moved from White Shield to Williston in the early 80’s. Tiny would move to the Washington area but she would return back to Williston and live there the rest of her life. She worked at Pamida and Walmart.
Tiny’s favorite pastime was watching tv and she was an avid reader until her vision failed her but loved listening to books on tape. She enjoyed visiting with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents; mom, Maude Reed Star; stepdad, Floyd Poitra; sisters, Virginia Poitra and Jackylynn Blue Earth and brother, Carmen Reed; brother-in-law, Marvin Enno, Sr.

Tiny is survived by her children, Shauna Reed (Williston, ND) and Cletus Reed (Williston, ND); sisters, Jeralyn Enno (Williston, ND), Jocelyn Allery (Bismarck, ND) and Melissa Poitra (Williston, ND); brothers, Cletis Poitra (Pallitin IL) and Craig Poitra (Billings, MT); godson, Camdyn Shaw (Williston, ND); special friend and sister by choice, Donna White Tail (Fort Totten, ND); many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
