Lois Olson, 79, passed away on July 15th, at her home in Culbertson surrounded by her family.

She was born January 9th, 1941, in Culbertson, Montana, the daughter of Bennie and Edith (Wood) Antonson.

Lois was born and raised on the family farm south of Culbertson. She attended Riverview Elementary, then a one-room school, and graduated from Culbertson High School.

She was united in marriage to Robert Earl Olson on November 7th, 1958 in Sidney, Montana. Together they had two children, Dennis and James.

She spent many years working at the Culbertson Pharmacy. Lois loved to sew, be in her garden, and to go fishing. In the ailing years of her father, Lois travelled to Norway with her twin sister Louise to visit his birthplace and meet with their extended family.

She is survived by her husband Robert of 61 years, her two children, Dennis and James, four grandchildren, Kristen, Andrea, Helena, and Brayden, three great-grandchildren, her sisters Laura-Jean Caldwell and Louise Olson, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Raymond Antonson.
