Visitation
Visitation will be held at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel in Williston, ND on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Service
A Family Service, open to the public, will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel in Williston, ND.

Harlin’s Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel in Williston, ND. Pastor Chris Walstad will be officiating.

Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Williston, ND is assisting the family.

Graveside Service
In keeping with Harlin’s wishes, inurnment will take place at the Hillside Memory Gardens Cemetery in Williston, ND in the Summer of 2026.
