We were saddened to hear of Larry's passing. Our sincere condolences go out to Connie and family! All of us who lived in Tioga, owe Larry a debt of gratitude for giving us a safe and secure town to raise our kids in. Thank you Larry for all you did for our town. I am proud to have called Larry a friend. RIP Larry.
